Terms of Service
Last updated 31 July 2026
These terms govern a clinic's use of Glow50x. The most important part is section 3: the platform produces illustrative visualisations for consultation, and the treating clinician remains responsible for every clinical decision.
1. Parties and agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a contract between Glow50x, operated by Grow50x.ai of Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Glow50x", "we"), and the clinic, practice or licensed practitioner that registers an account ("the Clinic", "you"). The Clinic's patients are not parties to these Terms; the Clinic is solely responsible for its relationship with its patients. By creating an account, or by continuing to use the service after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them on behalf of the Clinic and confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. The service
Glow50x is a software platform that generates AI-powered aesthetic simulation images — before/after visualisations across hair, skin, dental, rhinoplasty, body and periorbital procedures — together with patient-records tooling, consultation reports and related features (the "Service"). The Service is provided on a credit-based model; credits are consumed per generation as described in the application and on the pricing page.
3. Medical disclaimer and professional responsibility
3.4 Consent. The Clinic is responsible for obtaining and documenting each patient's informed consent to the processing of their photographs before uploading them, as required by the laws applicable to the Clinic. The in-product consent capture assists with documentation but does not transfer the Clinic's consent obligations to Glow50x.
4. Accounts, roles and acceptable use
The Clinic owner account may create practitioner sub-accounts and allocate credits to them. The Clinic is responsible for all activity under its accounts. You must not:
- upload photographs of any person who has not consented;
- use the Service for any non-clinical purpose, including deceptive imagery;
- attempt to bypass credit metering or access another clinic's data; or
- resell the Service without a written agreement.
5. Billing and credits
Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe) under the plans shown at the time of purchase. Failed generations are automatically refunded to the credit balance. Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable and expire according to the plan terms shown at purchase.
6. Data
Handling of Clinic and patient data is described in the Glow50x Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: the Clinic is the data controller of its patients' personal data, and Glow50x processes that data on the Clinic's behalf in order to provide the Service.
7. Intellectual property
Glow50x retains all rights in the Service. The Clinic retains rights in the photographs it uploads and owns the generated simulation outputs for use in its own patient consultations and records, subject to the notice-preservation duty in section 3.3.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Glow50x disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that simulations will resemble actual clinical results, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statistics and marketing figures on our website describe aggregate or illustrative experiences and are not a warranty of any outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Glow50x shall have no liability for any claim arising from clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, or any difference between a simulation and an actual result; (b) Glow50x shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or reputation; and (c) Glow50x's total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the Clinic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
The Clinic will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Glow50x from any claim, demand or proceeding brought by a patient or other third party arising out of:
- the Clinic's clinical services or treatment decisions;
- the Clinic's presentation of simulations to patients, including any failure to explain their illustrative nature or any removal of the built-in notices;
- the Clinic's failure to obtain patient consent; or
- the Clinic's breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts for breach, including removal of the notices required by section 3.3 or uploads made without patient consent. On termination, the Clinic may request deletion of its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be presented in the application for renewed acceptance, and continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
